We use the Royal Mail postal service, as well as UPS and DPD couriers to deliver our items. This ensures that you receive your products as quickly as possible by a trusted delivery provider.
Royal Mail Industrial Action May Affect Your Order
The Royal Mail's Communication Workers Union (CWU) has called on its members who collect, sort and deliver parcels and letters to take strike action on the following dates:
These strikes includes a number of Royal Mail staff, meaning that normal post will be disrupted.
Orders placed on or around these dates may be affected by the strike action. We recommend allowing a few extra days for delivery of orders during this period. This disruption will affect the delivery of packages across the country.
Delivery costs are £2.95 for all orders under £40.00 and FREE for orders of £40.00 and over.
Unfortunately, due to restrictions with our couriers, we are unable to ship items outside of the UK. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause.
We are focused on ensuring that you receive your item as quickly as possible. The majority of orders placed before 2.00pm on our website are dispatched the same day by Royal Mail post or by courier.
