Raynauds is getting worse so fed up with cold feet I bought a copper and silver pair. Copper is designed to be much more tighter fitting than the silver, both give warmth particularly when moving around. Prefer the copper. Delivery was quicker than expected.
These are definitely compression socks. I am a 7 and bought the larger size, thankfully. they are quite short and I find the top digs in. I am not sure they help to keep my feet warm, 12% silver socks are much, much better for warmth.
I pulled my achilles tendon, wearing these socks, especially at night stop the stiffness and pain and make it easier for me to keep walking, and heal quicker.
We bought these for my daughter who was diagnosed with Raynauds last year. She loves them and she could feel the heat in her toes within minutes for the first time in ages. They are not too compressed and easy to get on and off. She is a size 7 and we bought up to size 6.5 and they fit great. They are slightly thicker than the silver and so she is planning to wear these for the winter and then the silver for the summer months.
These socks are certainly very comfortable but if I am totally honest they don't keep my feet warm in my walking boots whilst walking through mud , rain and frosty ground outside, they do keep them nice and cosy indoors though. I would buy them again purely for the fact they are extremely comfortable.
Very comfortable and warm These socks made a difference from the first day, a huge reduction in the pain in my feet and toes. I have recommended them to my family and friends.
